The flexible feeder system is an automated feeding process that uses a vibrating tray to move parts in any direction on the surface of the tray and separate them automatically. The system also takes advantage of the CCD which captures the position and picks the direction of the parts while sending coordinate data to a vision system that then directs a robot to pick up the part from its original position.
